CAPITA's Excutive Board is responsible for the daily operations of CAPITA Production, Inc. They oversee all functions including education, productions, finances as well as talent acquisition.
Ms. Arlene Skwierawksi is President and Co-Founder of CAPITA.
Arlene Skwierawski has made countless contributions to Milwaukee Public Schools and the greater community through her role as a music teacher. She is an important figure and role model in Milwaukee due to her successful mission of uniting people from all walks of life through music. Her career in education as a Catholic Sister of Mercy in Chicago was through 1968, when she started teaching in Milwaukee Public Schools and was assigned to North Division as a music teacher.
A talented teacher and musician, Ms. Skwierawski decided early on to use music to make a positive difference in the lives of students and members of the greater Milwaukee community. She retired from MPS in 1994, but continues to work as a traveling music teacher within the system and started the successful MPS Alumni Choir.
In 1990, Brother Booker Ashe founded CAPITA Productions, a non-profit community theater group. As its current President, Ms. Skwierawski helped to bring people from all backgrounds together to produce quality productions for the Milwaukee community.
Mr. Kevin "KC" Williams is Vice President of CAPITA.
Kevin "KC" Williams is an International Country recording artist/songwriter and former student of Ms. Arlene Skwierawski. Mr. Williams' performances include singing the National Anthem at Lambeau Field for the Green Bay Packers, for the Milwaukee Brewers at Miller Park, for Men’s and Women’s basketball at Marquette University and at the Bradley Center for the Milwaukee Bucks.
He has played several major Country festivals in the US including The Harley-Davidson 100th and 105th Celebrations, Country Thunder, Country USA, Wisconsin State Fair, Soo Locks Festival, The Taste of Chicago, and Summerfest, the largest music festival in the world.
He is the only artist besides Tim McGraw, to have “The Dancehall Doctors” back him up on his recordings. Songs from both albums have received airplay around the world including Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Scandinavia, Europe and the U.S.
As the production supervisor for all CAPITA productions, Mr. Williams always make sure that CAPITA showcases its talent in the best light and sound.
